Jill Bartley Jones comes to Proehlific Park with more than 18 years of professional leadership and success in disciplines including training, sales, public speaking, marketing, purchasing, human resources and customer service. 

Complementing her business acumen is Jill’s background and passion for athletics. Jill was a standout scholarship basketball player at Wake Forest University in the late 1980’s and a member of Wake’s only team in history to make an appearance in the NCAA Women’s Tournament.  

After graduating from Wake Forest in 1990, Jill began a world-traveling career in Atlanta with AT&T.  After 12 years of telecommunications leadership, Jill accepted the opportunity to head up Sales and Customer Service with Greensboro-based Kindermusik International.  In her six years with Kindermusik, Jill took on the challenges of launching new businesses, developing sales and training programs and training field representatives.  She was called upon countless times to motivate and lead hundreds of entrepreneurs and was noted for her outstanding organizational, visionary and public speaking skills. 

In the spring of 2008, Jill was ready to put her career experience to work toward her lifelong dream of mentoring and coaching young children. Joining the Proehlific team as the Vice President fulfills Jill’s passion for helping youth reach their full potential athletically, academically, socially and spiritually. 

Jill has coached and trained young athletes at many levels including elementary, middle school and high school girl’s basketball.  She has also coached local girl’s softball and soccer teams.

Jill enjoyed a successful and well-rounded high school athletic career earning 10 varsity letters at Oakton High School in Fairfax County Virginia.  While Jill chose to play basketball in college, she was highly recruited to play field hockey and softball as well. 

Jill and her husband Terry live in Greensboro.  They have two daughters, Copeland and Ellie.
