Tactical Strength (TS) is a group exercise
program designed to be Efficient, Functional, and Effective! A combination of
Cardiovascular Conditioning, Strength Training, Stretching, and Functional
Movement Progressions designed to challenge all your metabolic needs in one
Power Filled Punch!
Simply stated: The Tactical Strength regimen will fulfill your individual
fitness needs and eliminate the guess work from your workouts.
Inspired by Blaze Thompson and Bert Wray’s combined 30 years of experience in
the weight room, on the field, in the woods, and deep in the trenches, as well
as, pooling together the best methods and philosophies in fitness today. We
have comprised the Ultimate Fitness Regimen!
The intent is not to train you, but to educate you. The TS system will provide
the necessary tools to liberate you from the confusion of this ever-changing
world of fitness. Once you competely understand the fundamentals of our
exercises, you are then free to focus on achievement. The system evolves from
education + motivation, to motivation, and finally empowerment. Once in the
empowerment phase, your solid foundation in the TS program enables you to take
our system with you; thanks to the power of the world wide web! There is one
constant requirement: MOTIVATION!!
What is the key? THERE IS NO ROUTINE!
Aside from 4 basic “Bench Mark” workouts used to show progress in overall
Strength, Cardiovascular Conditioning and Flexibility, the goals of TS are to
make your body guess and adapt as much as possible with each workout. With the
simple foundations of Effective and Safe Functional Movement, Olympic and “Old
School” lifts including Kettle Bell work, Body Weight Exercises, Plyometrics
and any and everything effective that can be imagined by your coaches. Splashed
with a heavy dose of Heart Thumping Goodness, every workout will be
Challenging, Different, and a Special Event!
So Show up, Warm- up, And Be Ready!
***Attention*** This will take you out of your comfort zone! If you regularly exercise and are
familiar with the majority of lifts and movements used by TS then by all means
you are fine to go at it.
