at Greensboro College. She was named to the All-USA South Division all 4 years

Greensboro College establish 7 single season team records for most wins, most

first ever Greensboro College female soccer player to receive it). In
addition, she was named to the USA South first team, USA South All-Tournament
team and NCCSIA All State Team. Ashley was also picked for the NSCAA
South Region third team and D3kicks.com first team All-Region. Ashley set

Ashley Cabral is currently the assistant coach at Salem College. She has
worked soccer camps for GYS, GUS, Dynamites, UNC Chapel Hill and Greensboro
College. She was also a volunteer coach for the YMCA and the Dynamites.
For the past 4 years she has coordinated with coaches like Franco Bari and
Tracy Ducar to run camps and individual training sessions for girls, boys and
coed. Ashley has trained players ages 5 through the college level
athlete.
Ashley
has been both an inspiration and excellent trainer for my daughter in
soccer. She has benefitted considerably from the one-on-one training
sessions both mentally, tactically, and in skills development, and always wants
to know when the next session with Ashley will be! Darcie L , Twin City Youth Soccer
Riley had a wonderful experience at summer soccer camp
with Ashley. The staff was very accommodating and most of our team was able to
attend the camp. The girls had a lot of fun with the different drills and
games. The coach also noticed improvement in the girls that attended the camp
this season. Riley said she would love to go back again. Nikole M.
You have been such a blessing to us! Your
training has not only improved our daughter's soccer skills, but has restored
her love of the game. Her coach has commented how her confidence has
returned, she's willing to take chances on the field, and is scoring in almost
every game. She loves the intense training you provide and the drills you
perform precisely target her areas of weakness. We can't say enough how
much we enjoy working with you Ashley! You're one of the best trainers in
the area! Sue F.
Ashley is one of the finest trainers in the triad! Her youthful outlook, enthusiasm as a
“teacher” and passion for soccer is refreshingly genuine. Each and every training session is extremely
well organized and it is obvious to both players and parents that she works
very hard on her training plans, specifically identifying each player’s
individual areas to work on, as well as developing their skills on multi-levels
(psychological/confidence, technical, tactical and physical/endurance and
speed). Both our children have
surpassed their own “expectations” and look forward to maintaining a
long-standing relationship with Ashley as they develop as players. Susan L. Lewisville/Charlotte,

We have been training with Ashley Cabral for almost one
year. When we first started, I was
playing for a 3rd team and my sister was playing for Academy. Ashley’s program helped us work on things we
thought we knew how to do by using new and exciting things. Her fun and exciting way of teaching is very
different from other trainers and it really works! Thanks to Ashley’s help, I have moved up two teams and now
playing first division! My sister now
plays for the 2nd best team in North Carolina! We are very happy and impressed with Ashley
and her tough and fun workouts. You
should train with Ashley! Teague U13, Charlotte
Ashley is great, and she works really
hard at what she does and it shows.
She works us really hard and a lot of times
it is different and fun!
Hero! If you want your child to look up
to someone, you know Ashley is the one to pick.
Lucky to get to work with such an
AWESOME trainer.
Exciting, because you know every week
there is going to be something different.
