Hitting and Fielding Lessons

Bio: Jennifer comes to us with 21 years of playing experience. She was NCAA Division I athlete at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from August 2003 – May 2007.
Her career at UNCG speaks for itself.... Tied 1st for career record for Most Hits, 2nd in Doubles, 3rd in RBI's, 4th in HR's and 7th in Slugging Percentage! Along with that Jennifer was named All Conference in 2004, 2005, 2006. Also named All-State Student Athlete by NC Collegiate Sports Information Association in 2005.
Beyond her playing days at UNCG, Jennifer participated in International play as a member of the Puerto Rican National Softball Team in the Summer of '07. Played in the 2007 Pan American Games and had the highest fielding percentage for her position. Jennifer also played in the '07 Olympic Qualifier in Venezuela.
Teresa (Teri) Fister
Pitching Lessons

Bio: Teri Fister was a 4-year relief pitcher for Appalachian State University 2006-2009. She graduated as the schools all-time saves leader and sixth in career strikeouts. Her freshman year she ranked 16th in the nation for saves. While a Mountaineer, Teri received the Rick Edmundson Scholarship which recognizes one who has made uncommon contributions to the athletic program and to the University. She was named Who’s Who Among Students her senior year and named NFCA All-American Scholar Athlete in 2007-08. All four years Teri was named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.
Teri is a native of the area having attended Northwest High School, graduating as the female athlete of the year in 2005. She was named all-conference and all-area her senior season. She was the recognized MVP both junior, senior seasons and named all-conference and all-area honorable mention during her junior campaign.
From ASU, Teri graduated with a double major in Physical Education and Health Education. She has been a pitching instructor independently for the past 6 years and has worked with the Appalachian State camps and clinics for the past 5 years. She has returned to her Alma mater Northwest High School and now teaches physical education.
