Boot Camp is a fun and challenging fitness program for people who want to tone
their bodies and lose weight fast through boot camp weight loss and fitness
workouts. We will guide you to realize your fitness
training and weight loss goals quickly and safely. We incorporate Dynamic
Interval Training, Core Conditioning, posture improving exercises, and
flexibility training into our boot camp exercises so you can get in shape in the
fastest and safest way possible.

Who Is The Instructor?
Mike Cohen is a certified personal
trainer and black belt owner/instructor at North Carolina Isshinryu Karate
Kai.The 2005 I.W.K.A. Advanced Division
World Champion in both Kumite and Kata, Mike has been working and training with
competitive athletes for over ten years developing agility, power, speed, core
strength and flexibility.
Mike has learned from experience
that true strength, stamina and a beautiful muscular body is developed from the
bottom up and from the inside out.If
your core is weak, you are weak. If you want to look really good and possess
the ability to meet life's physical challenges, you must focus on core strength and work outward.That's what HardCore is all about!
Mike
incorporates the most modern and efficient training methods while introducing
techniques learned through years of martial arts study and personal training
experience.
