highly motivated atmosphere and a superior level of accountability.There are 4-8 people per session and you can pick any 3 Classes (per week) to

BOOTCAMP - Indoor Winter Adventure...
This group exercise program is based on accountability! This group meets at 6am with a roll call... you won't want to be late!
The 10 Week Program runs from January 7th - March 15th or you can opt for the 5-Week Programs (Jan 7 - Feb 8 or Feb 11 - Mar 15). These groups meet everyday (M-F) from 6am-7am.
