Cayla Veach has been playing lacrosse since she was in the 4th grade, growing up in Connecticut. She was an All-State and All-Region Player in High School. She attended Gannon University, in Erie, PA, where she played both Lacrosse and Soccer. She was twice honored as an All-American Defender.

Upon graduation, she stayed at Gannon for two years as a part of their coaching staff.  She later moved to the Triad and coached the Quakers of Guilford College. Cayla is currently the Head Coach at Northern Guilford High School.

Weekends can be arranged if necessary.

She offers private and small group sessions specializing in improving skills from defense, midfield, attack and goalie training.  

$35 /hour, per individual, for an hour (Goalie or Field Player)

$20 /hour, per individual, for groups of 3+ (Goalies @ $15 /hour)
